Customer Care Service and Monitoring
GNC-ALFA CJSC implements customer care and monitoring service on a 24x7 basis. In order to ensure high quality service provision, “service quality supervision” processes (QoS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system are applied.
Customer is able to monitor the service through access provided by GNC-ALFA CJSC to the network system providing traffic diagram depicting real usage patterns. In unexpected cases of network malfunctioning, immediate measures are arranged to restore communication.
