GNC-ALFA CJSC received ISO 9001:2008 certification |

Dear customers,
We are pleased to announce, that Armenian Leading telecommunication Operator GNC-ALFA CJSC received ISO 9001:2008 certification from BUREAU VERITAS Certification Ukraine. The ISO 9001:2008 certification was granted to GNC-ALFA CJSC for telecommunication services’ provision (internet access, data transmission, international leased lines, communication line transit, IP transit and others), telecommunication infrastructure construction, maintenance and servicing. It is aimed to improve service provision and customer care quality enhancing customer’s satisfaction, as well as achieving continuous improvement of its performance-applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The Quality Management System implemented at GNC-ALFA complies with the following principles defined by the ISO 9000: 1. Customer Orientation 2. Leadership 3. Staff involvement 4. Process Approach 5.
